About This Role 

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, functional consultants and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into effective F&O solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Define solution designs across key F&O modules and wider Microsoft technologies.
• Lead workshops with clients and key stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation, integration, migration and deployment.
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Design integrations between D365 F&O and third-party or legacy systems.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and meet performance, security and scalability requirements.
• Support technical decision-making and resolve complex solution challenges.
• Provide guidance throughout testing, go-live and post-implementation phases.

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX.
• Previous experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture and implementation best practices.
• Experience across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing or Procurement.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, Azure services and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Understanding of Power Platform would be beneficial.
• Experience delivering large-scale or complex D365 transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, practical solution designs.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be advantageous.
