About The Role

Working Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Language: Norwegian or Danish, plus English

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation and optimisation of D365 solutions.

This role requires strong functional D365 experience alongside professional Norwegian or Danish language skills, with English also required.

The Role

As a D365 Functional Consultant, you will work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, implementation and go-live.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with key stakeholders

• Translate business needs into D365 functional solutions

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 in line with business requirements

• Produce functional specifications and process documentation

• Identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions

• Work closely with developers, architects and technical consultants

• Support system testing and UAT

• Assist with data migration and integration activities

• Provide user training and functional support

• Support deployment, go-live and post-implementation activities

• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

• Hands-on D365 configuration and implementation experience

• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle

• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills

• Confident leading stakeholder workshops

• Professional/fluent Norwegian OR Danish

• Strong professional English

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Able to work 3 days per week in the office

Advantageous

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

• Experience with D365 F&O, Business Central or Customer Engagement

• Power Platform knowledge

• Previous Microsoft Partner or consultancy experience

• Experience delivering international D365 programmes
