About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 SCM P2P Consultant to join our client’s team and support the delivery and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions across Europe.

This is a great opportunity for a functional consultant with strong D365 F&O / Dynamics AX experience and a strong background in Procurement & Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

The Role

As a D365 SCM P2P Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their procurement and purchasing requirements and translate these into effective D365 F&O solutions.

You will be involved across the full functional lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse procurement and P2P requirements.

• Provide functional expertise across D365 F&O Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Procurement & Sourcing.

• Support purchasing and vendor management processes within D365 F&O.

• Configure and support purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

• Support goods/product receipt processes.

• Work with finance and accounts payable teams around invoice matching and AP integration.

• Map current and future-state procurement processes.

• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and specifications.

• Configure D365 F&O functionality to meet business requirements.

• Support system and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution.

• Provide user support and guidance throughout implementation and post-go-live.

• Work closely with technical teams, developers and other functional consultants.

• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline procurement processes through D365 F&O.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX.

• Strong Procurement & Sourcing / Procure-to-Pay expertise.

• Good understanding of purchasing and vendor management processes.

• Hands-on experience with purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

• Experience with goods/product receipt processes.

• Understanding of invoice matching and integration with Accounts Payable.

• Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes.

• Hands-on experience with D365 configuration, testing and user support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
