5 Days On-Site Per Week 

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
  • Hospitality experience / background required 
  • Proven expertise in Workday integrations, security configuration, system configuration, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Workday certification required; Workday Pro or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of Workday tenant architecture and enterprise system operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator, Consultant, or Technical Lead, including at least 2 years managing cross-module responsibilities such as HCM and Financials.
  • Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or managing enterprise-wide Workday platforms in multi-entity, multi-location organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector or other service-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven optimization within enterprise platforms is considered a plus.
