Key Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in HRIS / Workday Recruiting support or administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module
- Configure and manage job requisitions, candidate workflows, and recruiting processes
- Support end-to-end candidate lifecycle (application → offer → hire)
- Experience with Workday business process configuration (BPF)
- Fluent French & English (FR/ENG) – written and spoken
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and recruiter training
- Build Workday recruiting reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders
- Knowledge of ATS processes and HR data compliance
