Key Requirements:
- Extensive Workday Experience: 7+ years of experience working with Workday HRIS, including strong expertise in HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent.
- Workday Configuration & Administration: Proven experience managing Workday tenant configuration, business process frameworks, security roles, and system administration.
- Workday Security Expertise: Deep understanding of Workday security models, including role-based security, domain security policies, and user access governance.
- Integrations Management: Hands-on experience designing and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Reporting & Analytics: Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
- HRIS Leadership: Ability to lead HRIS initiatives, mentor analysts, and oversee system improvements across the Workday platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong experience working with HR leadership, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
- Project & Implementation Experience: Experience leading Workday implementations, upgrades, new module rollouts, and continuous system enhancements.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Understanding of HR data governance, data integrity, and compliance standards in enterprise HR systems.
- Problem-Solving & Optimization: Strong analytical skills to identify system issues, improve HR processes, and optimize Workday functionality.
