- Experience in internal resource coordination to support HR and organizational initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex system and process issues.
- Experience in project management for HRIS initiatives, system implementations, or process improvements.
- Proficiency in specific HR systems applications, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization.
- Relevant experience in HRIS, HR operations, or Workday system administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Relevant HRIS/Workday certifications or system licensures required for specific modules or system administration.
