Key Requirements: 

• Graduate of higher education with 5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS and/or Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Proficient in HRIS tools, ideally Workday

• Strong interest in innovation, project management, and adapting to changing environments

• Solid data-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing user experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a Business Partner mindset

• Strong sense of impact, accountability, and delivering value to the organization
