Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Workday Expertise: Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Talent), report/dashboard creation, data integration, calculated fields.

Technical Skills: SQL, Tableau/Power BI, data analysis, predictive modeling.

HR Knowledge: Recruitment, payroll, performance, workforce metrics/KPIs.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Interpret complex data, ensure accuracy, provide actionable insights.

Communication & Collaboration: Present findings to business leaders, work with HR/IT teams.

Optional: Workday implementation experience, change management, project management.
