  • Leadership & Project Skills: Lead teams, manage stakeholders, ensure successful delivery of Workday absence solutions.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop reports, dashboards, and insights related to absence trends and KPIs.

  • Technical Skills: Workday configuration, integrations, calculated fields, and business process design.

  • Language & Communication: Fluent Portuguese and strong English communication skills.

  • Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and business teams to implement and maintain solutions.
