Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience working as a Workday Specialist, HRIS Consultant, or in a comparable HR technology role
  • Practical expertise across several Workday modules, with strong focus on Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Scheduling
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday system architecture, configurations, integrations, and functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and provide functional guidance to team members and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented and organised approach to work
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, system procedures, and operational records
  • Good understanding of HR operations, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Workday certifications or accredited training are considered an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 proficiency)
