Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Financial Management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlement, Asset Management, and Procurement.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday Financials solutions.
- Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Financials modules.
- Ability to design and optimise financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience conducting system testing, UAT, defect management, and user training.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Experience working with integrations, data migration, and third-party financial systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage finance and technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile and project-based delivery environments.
