Key Requirements: 

  • Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Financial Management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlement, Asset Management, and Procurement.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday Financials solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration experience across Workday Financials modules.
  • Ability to design and optimise financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience conducting system testing, UAT, defect management, and user training.
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Experience working with integrations, data migration, and third-party financial systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage finance and technical teams.
  • Experience working within Agile and project-based delivery environments.
