Key Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Workday Payroll solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including PAYG, Superannuation, STP, leave entitlements, and award interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday payroll solutions.
- Experience configuring payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, tax settings, and payroll processes within Workday.
- Knowledge of payroll integration design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting payroll transformation, implementation, or optimisation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams.
- Experience conducting system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to analyse complex payroll issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working within Agile or project-based environments.
