Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in solution sales, ideally with a focus on major national or global accounts, demonstrating a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in technology solutions such as Workday or similar platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of enterprise-level technology sales experience is acceptable.
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday solutions; recognized subject matter expertise is highly desirable.
- Sales and Relationship Skills: Proven ability to establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients, often resulting in multi-million-dollar engagements. Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills are required.
- Executive Engagement: Demonstrated experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C-level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, and CIO.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to understand complex content and effectively communicate insights related to industry trends, client needs, and service offerings.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No sponsorship for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT, or other employment-based visas will be provided.
