Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Consultant.
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM) with the ability to work remotely.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting D365 SCM solutions.
- Extensive knowledge across key D365 SCM modules, including:
- Master Planning
- Inventory Management
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Procurement and Sourcing
- Warehouse Management (WMS)
- Asset Management
- Experience leading D365 SCM implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, logistics, procurement and inventory operations.
- Experience configuring D365 SCM modules and supporting end-to-end business processes.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders across business, IT and operational teams.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a remote working environment.
