  • Over 5 years of experience in Workday functional roles, with hands-on configuration and support across Absence, Compensation, Talent Management, and Security.

  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Workday Absence and Time Off configuration and support.

  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and partner closely with HRIS and Technology teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.

  • Demonstrated leadership in Workday testing activities, including test planning, execution, and validation for releases, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Proactive, systems-thinking approach to policy development and process optimisation.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.

  • Solid understanding of operational nuance and regional regulatory variations.

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced, scaling organisations.
