Key Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in Workday functional roles, with hands-on configuration and support across Absence, Compensation, Talent Management, and Security.

Deep, hands-on expertise in Workday Absence and Time Off configuration and support.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and partner closely with HRIS and Technology teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.

Demonstrated leadership in Workday testing activities, including test planning, execution, and validation for releases, enhancements, and integrations.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Proactive, systems-thinking approach to policy development and process optimisation.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners.

Solid understanding of operational nuance and regional regulatory variations.
