Key Requirements:

Certified Workday Consultant in Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for global teams.

3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

Strong knowledge of Workday HCM processes, including time entry, accruals, absence types, and absence plans.

Experience in Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting for time and absence functionality.

Proven ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Familiarity with Workday integrations, including time data import/export and absence-related workflows.

Experience with Workday security and role-based permissions as they relate to Time Tracking and Absence modules.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including investigating data issues and providing timely resolutions.

Ability to train end-users and create functional documentation for ongoing support and adoption.

Project experience in Workday upgrades, module implementations, and system optimization initiatives.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
