Key Requirements:

  • Certified Workday Consultant in Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for global teams.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM processes, including time entry, accruals, absence types, and absence plans.

  • Experience in Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting for time and absence functionality.

  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

  • Familiarity with Workday integrations, including time data import/export and absence-related workflows.

  • Experience with Workday security and role-based permissions as they relate to Time Tracking and Absence modules.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including investigating data issues and providing timely resolutions.

  • Ability to train end-users and create functional documentation for ongoing support and adoption.

  • Project experience in Workday upgrades, module implementations, and system optimization initiatives.

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
