Key Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring within BPO or call center environments.

  • Minimum of 3 years leading or supervising a recruitment team.

  • Strong client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build lasting partnerships, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of implementing innovative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance.

  • In-depth knowledge of local talent markets, sourcing channels, and competitive hiring practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious staffing targets in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility, with a solution-oriented mindset under pressure.

  • Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and recruitment reporting.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+).
