Key Requirements:

3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring within BPO or call center environments.

Minimum of 3 years leading or supervising a recruitment team.

Strong client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to build lasting partnerships, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with external stakeholders.

Proven track record of implementing innovative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance.

In-depth knowledge of local talent markets, sourcing channels, and competitive hiring practices.

Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious staffing targets in fast-paced, high-demand environments.

Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.

High level of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility, with a solution-oriented mindset under pressure.

Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workday) and recruitment reporting.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+).
