Working Pattern: Remote -  Located in Spain / Portugal / Poland / Romania / Hungary / Netherlands / Italy

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
• Strong hands on experience in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation (with strong expertise in 2 or more of the following modules - Core HCM / Absence / Time Off / Recruiting / Reporting / Talent / Performance)
• Exposure to integrating external Payroll systems is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex AMS support and ticket resolutions across multiple regions (Europe, US, Asia)
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert for Core and Advanced Compensation
• Lead and mentor junior consultants on the team
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday issues, managing configuration changes and enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, process optimisation, and system efficiency across Workday modules
• Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to enhance system performance and user experience
