Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
• Data migration, transformation, validation, and reporting expertise
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and middleware tools
• Experience across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Recruiting modules
• Ability to lead integration/data workstreams and manage stakeholders
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and data governance skills
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Understanding of HR/Finance business processes
• Agile/project delivery experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Workday certifications preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of Workday technical/integration experience
