Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting Workday BAU operations and incident management
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, or Finance modules
- Ability to troubleshoot security, business process, and integration issues
- Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and data validation
- Familiarity with EIBs, Core Connectors, and basic integrations
- Strong stakeholder support and ticket management experience
- Understanding of HR processes and system administration
- Experience with release management and Workday updates
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar support tools preferred
- Workday certification is an advantage
