• Workday process reviews and improvement planning
• Implementation of Workday best practices
• Enhancing data accuracy and governance
• Review and optimisation of security groups
• System enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal profile:

• Workday HCM Certified (additional certification in Talent, Time & Absence, or Security is highly desirable)
• Strong hands-on Workday HCM consulting experience
• Fluent in English
• Based within the EU
