Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, specifically Advanced Compensation configuration and support
- Deep understanding of compensation processes including merit, bonus, equity, and salary review cycles
- Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining compensation plans, eligibility rules, and compensation grids
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics within Workday, including dashboards and calculated fields
- Strong understanding of HR and reward processes within enterprise environments
- Ability to translate business compensation requirements into scalable system solutions
- Experience working with HR, Reward, and Finance stakeholders to deliver compensation cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and governance
- Experience in testing, validation, and troubleshooting compensation configurations
- Knowledge of Workday security roles and data access controls related to compensation
- Strong communication skills to support business users during compensation cycles
- Ability to manage deadlines aligned with annual or quarterly compensation processes
- Experience in global or large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable
