Key Requirements: 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday, specifically Advanced Compensation configuration and support
  • Deep understanding of compensation processes including merit, bonus, equity, and salary review cycles
  • Experience designing, configuring, and maintaining compensation plans, eligibility rules, and compensation grids
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics within Workday, including dashboards and calculated fields
  • Strong understanding of HR and reward processes within enterprise environments
  • Ability to translate business compensation requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Experience working with HR, Reward, and Finance stakeholders to deliver compensation cycles
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and governance
  • Experience in testing, validation, and troubleshooting compensation configurations
  • Knowledge of Workday security roles and data access controls related to compensation
  • Strong communication skills to support business users during compensation cycles
  • Ability to manage deadlines aligned with annual or quarterly compensation processes
  • Experience in global or large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable
