Advanced expertise in Workday reporting, including calculated fields and complex report logic
Builds dashboards and visual reporting solutions tailored for HR stakeholders
Strong analytical capability to interpret workforce data and present clear, actionable insights
Communicates complex data concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to structure analysis for presentation and reuse
Independently solves complex reporting challenges using structured, logical thinking
Applies sound judgment to balance accuracy, scalability, and delivery timelines
Works confidently with incomplete or ambiguous requirements within defined boundaries
Operates effectively within established reporting frameworks and governance models
Identifies and escalates risks, ambiguities, or scope conflicts when needed
Maintains strict data confidentiality and demonstrates strong ethical handling of sensitive information
Ensures compliance with data governance standards and reporting best practices
