Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules

Ability to design absence policies, time off plans, and accrual rules compliant with local regulations

Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding clients through best practices

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex Time & Absence scenarios

Senior-level experience in Workday HCM deployments and module leadership

Familiarity with integrations related to Time & Absence (e.g., payroll, workforce management)
