Key Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong experience with Workday Compensation modules
- Proven experience delivering Workday solution implementations from design through Go-Live and Hypercare support
- Hands-on configuration and testing experience in Workday Compensation
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, and post-production stabilization
- Knowledge of compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus plans, and salary review processes
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience working in global or multi-country Workday environments
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced implementation projects
