Key Requirements:

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong experience with Workday Compensation modules
• Proven experience delivering Workday solution implementations from design through Go-Live and Hypercare support
• Hands-on configuration and testing experience in Workday Compensation
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
• Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, and post-production stabilization
• Knowledge of compensation cycles, merit planning, bonus plans, and salary review processes
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Experience working in global or multi-country Workday environments
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced implementation projects
