Key Requirements: 

• Strong hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer supporting implementation and BAU activities.
• Proven experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and end-to-end data flows.
• Expertise in Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports, as well as EIBs and calculated fields.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and related integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.
• Proven experience supporting Workday implementations through testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within Agile project delivery environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
