About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Integration Consultant to support the design, development and implementation of integrations across Workday Financials. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and web services, alongside a solid understanding of core financial modules and data flows.

Working closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders, you will help deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions that support business requirements and successful Workday Finance implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and maintain integrations across Workday Financials.

• Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Work with data from core Workday Financials modules to support accurate and efficient data exchange between systems.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support integration testing, troubleshooting, error resolution and performance optimisation.

• Assist with data migration activities and ensure data integrity across connected systems.

• Produce technical documentation and support integration deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Ensure integrations align with Workday standards, security requirements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering integrations within Workday Financials.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs and Core Connectors.

• Experience working with Workday web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Strong understanding of data structures and data flows across core Workday Financials modules.

• Experience designing, developing and supporting integrations as part of Workday implementation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams in a client-facing environment.

• Relevant Workday certifications are preferred.
