Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Workday Financial Accounting Consultant, delivering Workday Financials implementations, enhancements, or support.
• Strong expertise in Workday Financial Accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlement, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience configuring and optimising Workday Financials to meet business and statutory reporting requirements.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Financial Accounting solutions.
• Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience performing system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and reporting within the Financials ecosystem.
• Experience working with Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound financial data interfaces.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex financial system issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver effective solutions.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Relevant Workday Financials certifications are highly desirable.
• Previous experience supporting global or multi-entity finance organisations is advantageous.
