Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Workday Financials Specialist with hands-on experience across Workday Financial Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials configuration, business processes and reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting Workday Financials implementations, enhancements, upgrades or optimisation projects.
• In-depth understanding of finance processes including accounting, procure-to-pay, expenses, revenue management and financial reporting.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials business processes, security and workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Finance, IT and business teams.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• Ability to analyse data, troubleshoot issues and provide functional guidance.
• Experience working with Workday reporting, calculated fields and analytics is advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
