Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workday Financials Specialist with hands-on experience across Workday Financial Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials configuration, business processes and reporting capabilities.
- Experience supporting Workday Financials implementations, enhancements, upgrades or optimisation projects.
- In-depth understanding of finance processes including accounting, procure-to-pay, expenses, revenue management and financial reporting.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials business processes, security and workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Finance, IT and business teams.
- Experience supporting testing activities, including system testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyse data, troubleshoot issues and provide functional guidance.
- Experience working with Workday reporting, calculated fields and analytics is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
