Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Financials Consultant, delivering Workday Financials implementation, optimisation, or support projects.
• Strong functional expertise across Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking & Settlement, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday Financials solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Financials, including business processes, security, reports, and functional setup.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and accounting principles within enterprise organisations.
• Experience supporting the full project lifecycle, including workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Proven ability to perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
• Experience working closely with Finance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or Workday Integrations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present functional solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Relevant Workday Financials certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience supporting global or multi-entity organisations and complex financial transformations is advantageous.
