Senior Workday HCM Analyst (Contract)
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract Type: 12-Month Initial Contract

About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in France, is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to support and enhance their HR technology landscape. This role will focus on optimising Workday HCM processes, configuring business workflows, and providing key insights through advanced reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and enhance Workday HCM business processes, with a focus on Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance Management.

  • Analyse HR operational needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.

  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.

  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular system audits and overseeing data corrections.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday system issues, including error resolution and system optimisation.

  • Stay up to date with new Workday features and provide recommendations on improvements.

  • Support HR, IT, and Finance teams in optimising the organisation’s investment in Workday.

  • Document business processes and provide end-user training to enhance system adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Workday HCM experience with strong expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance Management.

  • In-depth understanding of Workday business processes, security configuration, and tenant setup.

  • Experience with Workday reporting tools, including the ability to write and optimise complex reports.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and HR data management in an international environment.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-moving organisation.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, and IT.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for process improvements.

  • Fluent in French and English is preferred.
