The Opportunity

We're looking for a Workday HCM Lead to drive the configuration and ongoing support of Workday across HCM, Absence, and Recruiting, plus upcoming rollouts. You'll be instrumental in expanding Workday globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules, reports, and dashboards
• Support tickets across integrations, security, reporting, and data loads
• Lead new module implementations and manage end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align Workday with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Workday experience (HCM, Absence, and Recruiting)
• Knowledge of security configuration and SOX compliance
• Proven track record in Workday go-lives and operational support
• Consulting experience or internal stakeholder engagement
