Key Requirements: 

• Experience testing the Workday platform.
• Knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Recruiting).
• Strong manual testing skills: Functional, SIT, UAT, Regression testing.
• Ability to create test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Experience testing Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio or Workday Enterprise Interface Builder.
• Familiarity with test/defect tools such as Jira or HP ALM.
• Data validation using Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of Workday security roles and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
