Key Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience managing Workday HCM implementation and transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, and Compensation
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday deployments, from planning through go-live and post-production support
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and HR technology transformation
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and Workday consultants
• Experience with Agile and/or waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing change management activities and user adoption initiatives
• Workday Project Manager certification or previous Workday consulting experience preferred
