Workday HCM Consultant (6-Month Initial Contract)
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, Belgium or Netherlands)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Work Schedule: 3-4 days per week (potentially full-time)
Languages: English, (Dutch and French-speaking preferred)
Overview: A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support their ongoing Workday implementation and integration efforts. Having successfully implemented Workday HCM in 2021, followed by a broader rollout in 2022, they are now focusing on expanding their capabilities with Expenses, Time, Attendance, and Absences modules. Additionally, this project will require integrations with D365 F&O as part of a larger ERP transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workday HCM enhancements, focusing on Expenses, Time, Attendance, and Absences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage integrations with D365 F&O.
- Provide additional expertise in payroll integrations, as there is limited in-house knowledge.
- Work closely with the HRIS team and CIO to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Support global Workday operations, with a focus on Belgium, Luxembourg, and other regions.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple countries, including French-speaking regions in Africa.
Requirements:
- Strong Workday HCM experience, particularly in Expenses, Time, Attendance, and Absences.
- Experience with Workday payroll integrations.
- Understanding of D365 F&O and ERP integrations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a lean internal team and support global Workday operations.
- French language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site two days a week.
