Key Requirements: 

• Working Pattern: Once a week on-site
• Proven experience delivering Workday HRIS implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday platform and HR business processes.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, from planning through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR, IT and third-party vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Experience with requirements gathering, risk management and change control.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise competing demands.
• Experience with Workday configuration, testing, data migration or integrations is advantageous.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or Agile) is desirable.
