Key Requirements:
- Working Pattern: Once a week on-site
- Proven experience delivering Workday HRIS implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Workday platform and HR business processes.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, from planning through to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HR, IT and third-party vendors.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
- Experience with requirements gathering, risk management and change control.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise competing demands.
- Experience with Workday configuration, testing, data migration or integrations is advantageous.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or Agile) is desirable.
