Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and maintaining the Workday platform.
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, Business Processes, and Reporting.
- Proven experience delivering Workday enhancements, system improvements, and support initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of the Workday security framework, including domains, security roles, segment-based security, and governance best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective BAU (Business-as-Usual) support.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance operational support with project delivery responsibilities.
- Experience planning and executing Workday releases, including impact assessment, regression testing, and deployment support.
