• Strong background in Finance Transformation (processes, operating models, controls, reporting).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, global transformation programs.
• Experience building client relationships and winning new business, particularly with CFOs and senior executives.
• Strong leadership in managing teams, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and executive presence.
