Key Requirements: 

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience.
• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex Workday integrations.
• Strong expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, XSLT, BIRT, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party HR, payroll, finance, and benefits systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and support existing integrations.
• Experience leading integration workstreams and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Workday Integration certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working across multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
