About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Workday Orchestrate Consultant to join a growing Workday team and support clients in designing, developing and delivering innovative automation solutions using Workday Orchestrate.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the Workday ecosystem and wants to play a key role in helping organisations streamline processes, improve efficiency and maximise the value of their Workday investment.
You will work closely with functional and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and deliver integrations and workflows using Workday Orchestrate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy automation solutions using Workday Orchestrate.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Develop workflows and orchestrations across Workday and connected systems.
- Integrate Workday with third-party applications and external data sources.
- Configure and maintain Workday Orchestrate solutions in line with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, test and optimise orchestration workflows.
- Collaborate with Workday functional, integration and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Produce technical documentation and maintain appropriate solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions follow Workday best practices, security requirements and governance standards.
- Stay up to date with developments across Workday Orchestrate and the wider Workday technology ecosystem.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working with Workday Orchestrate.
- Strong understanding of the wider Workday platform and ecosystem.
- Experience designing and implementing Workday automation and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
- Experience working with Workday integrations such as REST, SOAP, APIs or Workday Studio would be advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a consulting, implementation or client-facing environment.
