About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Service Delivery Consultant with French and English language skills to support the ongoing delivery, optimisation and improvement of Workday services within an international environment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and Workday teams to manage service delivery, resolve issues and ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business requirements.

Fluency in French and English is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing service delivery and optimisation of Workday across the organisation.

  • Act as a key point of contact for Workday-related requests, incidents and service improvements.

  • Work closely with French-speaking and international stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve platform issues.

  • Manage and prioritise Workday support requests, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and within agreed service levels.

  • Analyse existing Workday processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

  • Support configuration changes, enhancements, testing and deployments within Workday.

  • Coordinate with internal HR, HRIS, IT and external Workday partners where required.

  • Support Workday releases, including impact assessments, testing and implementation of new functionality.

  • Assist with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Workday-related issues.

  • Maintain documentation covering processes, configurations and service delivery activities.

  • Ensure Workday solutions follow established governance, security and operational standards.

  • Provide guidance and support to users to improve adoption and effective use of the Workday platform.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Professional experience working within the Workday ecosystem.

  • Previous experience in a Workday Service Delivery, Workday Support, Workday Functional Consultant or HRIS role.

  • Strong understanding of Workday processes, configuration and ongoing platform support.

  • Experience managing incidents, requests, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.

  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

  • Good understanding of Workday release management and testing processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working within an international and cross-functional environment.

  • Fluent French and English language skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent or Payroll.

  • Previous experience supporting Workday within a large international or enterprise environment.

  • Experience working with ticketing and service management platforms.

  • Understanding of ITIL or wider service management principles.

  • Experience with Workday integrations, reporting or security.

  • Active Workday certifications would be advantageous.
