Key Requirements:

4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll (UK required; US preferred), Absence, and Time Tracking modules

Workday certifications in Payroll (UK and ideally US), Absence, and/or Time Tracking

In-depth technical expertise in configuration, costing, eligibility rules, accruals, and payroll calculations

Strong consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs, communicate effective solutions, and build trusted relationships

Experience in a consulting environment (either internal or external)

Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams, with flexibility to work across multiple time zones

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HRIS, or a related technical field—or equivalent professional experience
