Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll (UK required; US preferred), Absence, and Time Tracking modules

  • Workday certifications in Payroll (UK and ideally US), Absence, and/or Time Tracking

  • In-depth technical expertise in configuration, costing, eligibility rules, accruals, and payroll calculations

  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs, communicate effective solutions, and build trusted relationships

  • Experience in a consulting environment (either internal or external)

  • Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams, with flexibility to work across multiple time zones

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HRIS, or a related technical field—or equivalent professional experience
