Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience delivering Workday implementation, transformation, or optimisation projects.
• Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle, from planning and mobilisation through to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and applying Agile project management principles.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices within SaaS environments and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Workday consultants, business users, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, steer project meetings, and provide executive-level reporting.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting.
• Previous experience delivering projects involving ERP or adjacent enterprise systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced transformation environment.
