Key Requirements: 

• Extensive experience implementing and architecting Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Workday PSA modules, including:
  • Project Management
  • Resource Management
  • Project Billing
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Time & Expense
  • Project Costing
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday PSA implementations from design through go-live.
• Ability to gather complex business requirements and design scalable Workday PSA solutions.
• Experience configuring business processes, security, reporting, and integrations within Workday.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, professional services operations, and financial processes.
• Experience collaborating with finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions.
• Ability to provide solution architecture, governance, and technical leadership across projects.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
