Key Requirements: 

• Strong experience with Workday integrations

• Experience with MetLife integration

• Certified in Workday Integrations 

• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Core Connectors

• Experience building inbound and outbound integrations

• Understanding of XML, XSLT, and JSON data formats

• Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations

• Experience integrating HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems

• Ability to perform integration troubleshooting and error handling

• Understanding of data mapping and transformation

• Experience with testing, deployment, and integration monitoring

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Knowledge of security, authentication, and data privacy in integrations
