About The Role

The Role

We’re looking for a Workday Talent & Performance Analyst with solid hands-on experience across Workday Talent and Performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has moved beyond junior-level support and can confidently work across day-to-day Workday activities, configuration, testing and business support, but who isn’t expected to be a Workday expert or architect.

You’ll work closely with HR, People teams and wider business stakeholders to support and improve Workday Talent and Performance processes, with French language skills essential for working with French-speaking stakeholders and users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of Workday Talent & Performance.

  • Work across areas including Performance Management, Talent Management, Goals and related Workday functionality.

  • Gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

  • Support Workday configuration and system changes within your area of expertise.

  • Assist with testing, including test planning, execution and issue resolution.

  • Investigate and resolve Workday issues, escalating more complex technical matters where required.

  • Support Workday releases, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve existing processes.

  • Produce and maintain relevant system documentation and user guidance.

  • Support data validation and reporting activities within Workday.

  • Work closely with other Workday and HRIS teams to ensure Talent & Performance processes integrate effectively with the wider HR landscape.

  • Provide support and guidance to French-speaking users and stakeholders.

  • Work with internal teams and external Workday partners where required.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with a good level of practical Workday experience — not junior, but equally not expected to be an expert-level Workday consultant.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Hands-on experience working with Workday Talent & Performance.

  • Experience supporting or configuring Workday within an HRIS or People function.

  • A good understanding of Performance Management and Talent Management processes.

  • Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.

  • Experience with Workday configuration, testing and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work independently on day-to-day Workday activities while knowing when to escalate more complex issues.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of HR processes and how they translate into HRIS solutions.

  • Experience supporting Workday releases and system enhancements is desirable.

  • Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis is advantageous.

  • Previous experience working with Workday integrations or wider HRIS processes would be a plus.

  • Fluent French and English communication skills are essential.

What We’re Looking For

This role would suit a mid-level Workday Analyst or Consultant who has built a solid foundation in Talent & Performance and is ready to take ownership of their work within an established Workday environment.

You don’t need to be the Workday expert in the room — we’re looking for someone with enough hands-on experience to hit the ground running, work confidently with stakeholders and contribute to the continued improvement of the platform.
