About The Role

Location: Remote – EMEA

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Workday Talent & Performance Lead to join a major Workday programme, working remotely across EMEA.

This is a senior functional role for someone with strong expertise across Workday Talent and Performance, who can take ownership of the workstream, engage with key stakeholders and help shape solutions that support the wider HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Workday Talent & Performance workstream across the programme.
Own functional design, configuration and delivery across Talent and Performance.
Gather and translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
Lead workshops and advise stakeholders on Workday best practice.
Review existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
Manage priorities, risks and dependencies across the workstream.
Work closely with other Workday functional, technical and integration teams.
Provide guidance and leadership to other consultants where required.
Ensure solutions align with wider business and HR transformation objectives.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance.
Previous experience leading a Workday functional workstream.
Experience across Workday implementations, optimisation or transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of Talent and Performance business processes and configuration.
Confident running workshops and working directly with senior stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Workday solutions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working across international or EMEA-based programmes is highly desirable.
Relevant Workday certifications would be advantageous.
