Required Skills:

• Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules, with primary focus on Talent Management and Benefits.

• Working knowledge of additional modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting.

• Strong ability to design, build, test, and deploy configuration changes in alignment with business requirements.

• Hands-on experience in Workday reporting, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, as well as calculated fields and dashboards.

• Experience supporting HR and leadership teams through development of analytical and operational reports.

• Workday certifications in relevant modules (Talent, Benefits, Core HCM) highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (fluent); German language proficiency preferred.
