Required Skills:

Proven experience in configuring and optimizing Workday HCM modules, with primary focus on Talent Management and Benefits.

Working knowledge of additional modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Recruiting.

Strong ability to design, build, test, and deploy configuration changes in alignment with business requirements.

Hands-on experience in Workday reporting, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, as well as calculated fields and dashboards.

Experience supporting HR and leadership teams through development of analytical and operational reports.

Workday certifications in relevant modules (Talent, Benefits, Core HCM) highly desirable.

Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (fluent); German language proficiency preferred.
