Key Requirements:

• Dutch language (must) + strong English communication
• Proven Tech Lead / Senior Integration Specialist experience
• Strong expertise in HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• Experience integrating HR systems with ERP, payroll, and third-party platforms
• Solid integration skills: APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi/Azure), data mapping
• Ability to lead technical design, implementation, and cross-team collaboration
• Understanding of HR processes (payroll, employee lifecycle, benefits, time & attendance)
• Knowledge of security, data governance, and cloud integration architectures
• Financial systems/support experience is a plus (ERP finance exposure)
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• ~7+ years relevant experience in enterprise IT/integration roles
